Housing Rehabilitation and Minor Home Repair Program
The Housing Rehabilitation and Minor Home Repair programs provide low interest loans or grants to very-low and low-income persons who are homeowners. The programs address repair issues and/or replace major housing systems that are in danger of failure or that could lead to a major health, safety or sanitary situation or concern.
