The mission of Adams County Head Start is to provide high-quality early education for children in partnership with their families and the community.
Vision
The vision of Adams County Head Start (ACHS) is that every child enrolled in Head Start will enter kindergarten with the competencies necessary to succeed in school and parent/caregivers will be empowered to be their child's most important teacher.
