Weed Advisory Board

Adams County provides for management of noxious weeds pursuant to Colorado Noxious Weed Act, C.R.S. §35-5.5-101 et seq. The function of the Weed Advisory Board is to oversee noxious weed management in accordance with the act, including the designation of noxious weeds and the development of a Weed Management Plan for adoption by the Adams County Board of Commissioners.
